Once the formula is approved, you can either place your order directly on our website or request further customization of the formula and/or packaging by contacting our team.

How long does it take to receive the samples?
Samples are usually prepared and shipped within a short timeframe, depending on stock and logistics. They are designed to be a fast validation step before production.
Do the samples include packaging boxes?
No. Samples are sent directly from our lab only with labels.
If you would like to evaluate the quality of our boxes, we can send a random packaging sample used by one of our clients. Please contact us at support@dlabcosmetics.com to request it.
