How it works (Advanced customization)

1. Share your vision: Contact our team via email, WhatsApp, or book a call to share the details of your project.

2. Validate your idea: Our team will assess the feasibility of your request and provide a detailed quotation.

3. Product development: A 50% upfront payment is required to begin development. We will then create and send samples of the formula and packaging for your approval.

4. Production: Once the product is approved, the remaining 50% payment is completed and production begins.

5. Regulation & Quality Control: Our laboratory ensures full regulatory compliance, while our quality control team guarantees that all products meet our standards before delivery.

6. Delivery: Start selling your unique and high quality product.

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) starts from 100 units for all products available on our website: Lip Products, Skincare, Haircare, Bodycare, Makeup and Beardcare.

If you are looking for advanced customization (custom formula, packaging, specific ingredients/scents/colors or fully tailored development), the MOQ starts from 500 units.

The MOQ applies per SKU.

This means each product variation (such as color, formula, or packaging) must meet the minimum order quantity individually.

Yes. After you upload your logo and place your order on our website, the products will arrive with your logo applied.

The logo will be printed in the exact color of the file you upload.

When you order products through our website, the product box will arrive in the same color as the packaging you selected and with the logo you uploaded.

1. Add the “Customize Box Design” option on the product page. Our design team will contact you to create a unique, personalized box for your brand — including colors, layout, and visual style.

2. Send us your own box design. If your design includes all the required legal information, we will approve it and begin production using your custom box.

In accordance with law, when a beauty product is created, it is tested in the laboratory by measuring various physical and chemical properties, determining stability. We also send the products to external labs to make microbiological and safety tests to make sure the product meet the required needs.
