Starting a beauty brand has never been easier than having DLAB Cosmetics Laboratory your partner.
Choose on our website the cosmetics products you want to sell and customize with your preferences, after purshase in 45 days your beauty products will be delivery to your door.
Legally what do I need to start selling cosmetics?
Related to the product, everything it's done already for you. We provide you all the documents to start selling.

Products & Compliance
Below are some common questions about our products
Are the products cruelty free and vegan?
Yes. We believe that beauty should be cruelty free, which is why we don't test (and never will) on animals. All products are vegan, with the exception of the Lip Balm, which contains beeswax.
How are cosmetic products tested?
In accordance with law, when a beauty product is created, it is tested in the laboratory by measuring various physical and chemical properties, determining stability. We also send the products to external labs to make microbiological and safety tests to make sure the product meet the required needs.

EU Regulation
All cosmetics products correspond to EC Regulation No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products and they have been registered CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal).

What is the estimated delivery time?
It can take up to 45 working days for your order to arrive to your door.
What are the shipping costs?
For Portugal and Spain the shipping cost is €25 and worldwide is €30.
I have changed my mind. Can I return my order?
Since you are ordering customized products, we can only accept returns for damaged or faulty items. In such cases, please contact us at support@dlab.com, and we will respond within 2 working days.
How do I track my order?
You'll be sent a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
If your tracking number isn’t working or you haven’t received it, please reach out to our customer service and we will further assist.
